Ed Lundberg is an experienced operations and service manager with a strong background in telecommunications and technical support. Currently serving as Operations Service Manager at Brightspeed since October 2022, Ed advocates for customer interests and manages major service events within the Service Assurance team. Formerly, Ed held the position of Senior Operations Service Manager at Lumen Technologies, providing around-the-clock support for significant accounts, and has previous experience at CenturyLink and Verizon Business, where roles included Circuit Designer and Incident Manager. Ed's military background includes serving as Flight Level Superintendent in the United States Air Force, overseeing technical training for personnel. Ed holds an MBA from Viterbo University, a BS in Technical Management from Southern Illinois University, and an Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
