Greg Williams

Greg Williams is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR information systems and operations. Currently serving as the Director of HR Information Systems at Brightspeed since November 2021, Greg previously held the role of Director of HR Operations at Aspida, overseeing significant projects including the implementation of Ceridian Dayforce and benefit vendor negotiations. Prior roles include Sr Manager of Global HRIS and Payroll at TOSHIBA Global Commerce Solutions, where Greg managed HR/Payroll systems for multiple countries, and Director of Business Transformation HR at Broadcom Limited, focusing on SAP HR applications and data systems. Early career experiences include consulting and analysis roles at KPMG and Warner Music Group, respectively. Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Northridge.
