Jackie Johnson

Jackie Johnson has extensive experience in project management and network analysis, currently serving as a Sr Lead Project Manager at Brightspeed since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jackie held a similar position at CenturyLink from June 2000 to October 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of program/project lifecycles and managing large, cross-departmental projects. Jackie began a career at Lumen Technologies as a Sr Lead Project Manager, also working at MCI/WorldCom as an Analyst, where responsibilities included the installation and configuration of DSL services. Earlier roles included Customer Account Manager at Southeastern Telecom and Analyst I at LDS Communications. Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University, and attended West Monroe High School.
