James Hagle has extensive experience in leadership and operations management within both military and civilian sectors. Notable roles include serving as a Distance Learning Instructor and Project Manager at Marine Corps Institute from July 2003 to May 2005, where James developed course materials and served as a Subject Matter Expert. In military service, James held multiple leadership positions, including Sergeant Major in the United States Marine Corps and Company First Sergeant in the Marine Special Operations Regiment.
