Joe Centobene

Joe Centobene, Jr. is an experienced engineering and construction professional with a focus on fiber infrastructure. Currently serving as the Head of Fiber Engineering and Construction at Brightspeed since October 2022, Joe previously held the position of Director of Local Network Implementation at Lumen Technologies for a brief period in 2022. With a career spanning over three decades, roles at Lumen and its predecessors include Sr. Manager of Local Network Implementation and Engineering Manager at EMBARQ/Centurylink. Joe began the professional journey as a Network Planner at Sprint/Embarq, following an education in Electrical Engineering Technology at Penn State University, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in 1991.
