Mahdi Grace is an experienced IT professional with a strong emphasis on data platforms and business analytics, currently serving as Director of IT at Brightspeed since April 2022. With a proven track record in leading software and data engineering initiatives, Mahdi has successfully navigated organizational transformations to enhance system stability and team efficiency. Prior roles include Director of IT - Address Management & Business Analytics and Sr Manager of BI & Analytics at Brightspeed, where Mahdi orchestrated significant reporting solutions during the launch of the business and the divestiture from Lumen’s ILEC services. Prior experience also encompasses leadership positions at CoreLogic and Amynta Group, where Mahdi drove digital transformation and established modern data analytics platforms. Mahdi holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from UT Dallas and degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Accounting.
