Mark Lane

Mark Lane is a seasoned professional in network architecture and engineering with extensive experience in operations support and remote diagnostics. Currently serving as the Principal Network Architect at Brightspeed since October 2022, Mark previously held various roles at CenturyLink from May 2002 to October 2022, including Principal Engineer, Manager of Technical Support - Field Operations and Dispatch, Lead Engineer, and Senior Engineer. Throughout this tenure, responsibilities encompassed training, implementing, and troubleshooting all facets of field engineering support. Mark's foundational education includes studies at Daytona State College.
