Melissa Blanch, MHRM, has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies including Brightspeed, Lumen Technologies, MJB Imagery, SpartanNash, and Verizon Wireless. Currently serving as the Director of Product & Platform Innovation - Governance at Brightspeed, Melissa has previously held positions such as Sr. Manager Digital Transformation and Manager Platform Support - Integration. Prior experience at Lumen Technologies includes roles as Sr. Manager of Business Operations and Sr. Lead Technical Program Manager. At MJB Imagery, Melissa was the Imagery Director & Owner. Melissa's background also features key positions involving performance assurance, employee investigations, training, and operational management at Verizon Wireless, where capabilities in project management, compliance, and employee relations were developed. Academically, Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
