Michael Mitchell

Michael Mitchell has extensive experience in account management and sales within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Account Manager SLED at Brightspeed since September 2022, Michael previously held the position of Senior Account Manager Public Sector at Lumen Technologies from April 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, Michael worked at Windstream Communications as a Major Account Executive and Account Representative in Enterprise Sales, focusing on acquiring new clients and serving existing enterprise customers. Michael began the career as a Business Sales Executive, targeting small and medium-sized businesses. Michael holds a degree in marketing and business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has additional educational credentials from Southeast Missouri State University and Westark Community College/UA Fort Smith.
