Mitzi Helms

Mitzi Helms is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing and strategic marketing management. Currently serving as a Product Marketing/Go To Market specialist at Brightspeed since April 2024, Mitzi previously held roles including Sr Product Marketing Manager at Cox Communications and Sr Marketing Manager at Lumen Technologies, where responsibilities included developing local marketing strategies and building account-based marketing plans. Prior leadership experience includes serving as Director of Marketing for Octapharma and Sprint, where Mitzi played a key role in forming new marketing organizations and managing comprehensive marketing strategies. Beginning a marketing career as a Senior Marketing Manager for Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile, Mitzi successfully re-launched both brands under Sprint. Educationally, Mitzi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
