Stephen Clark is a seasoned professional in network operations and telecommunications, currently serving as Senior Director of Network Operations at Brightspeed since April 2022, focusing on Next Gen Networks & Security Operations. Prior to this role, Stephen spent over three decades at Verizon, where positions included Director of Network Operations and Senior Manager of Network Engineering & Operations, managing substantial projects in Service Assurance and leading teams responsible for network availability and incident management. Earlier experience includes technical supervision and managerial roles in various aspects of network operations at Verizon. Stephen's career began at Union Carbide and Hoffmann La Roche as a licensed Nuclear Reactor Operator, and education includes a Master’s degree in Telecommunications & Information Management from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from SUNY Empire State College.
