Wyre Marshall

Wyre Marshall is an accomplished legal and business leader with extensive experience in corporate governance and transactions. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Centralized Services at Brightspeed, Wyre provides legal guidance in critical areas such as Treasury, Procurement, IT, Network, and Real Estate. Prior to Brightspeed, Wyre held various roles at Lumen Technologies, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Corporate Transactions, and Assistant General Counsel. Wyre's tenure at CenturyLink included positions as Assistant General Counsel, Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, and other legal roles where strategic transactions were a focus. Earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel for the San Antonio Water System and as an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Wyre holds a JD in Business Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in International Studies from Virginia Tech.
