Moustafa Alsaadi has accumulated significant experience in project management and operations over the years. Starting in 2010 at DATABASICS as a Project Manager, they oversaw daily operations, managed project planning, and coordinated resources for software development projects. Moving on to Fishbowl Marketing in 2013 as the Manager of Operations, they led a large team to ensure timely project delivery and collaborated with various departments to improve staff performance. In 2016, they joined Gravitate Solutions as a Project Manager, where they developed implementation plans and coordinated resources for successful project outcomes. Currently, at Brightspot since 2018 as Director of Customer Engagements, they lead complex web and software development projects, manages resources, communicates progress, and ensures project delivery within budget and schedule.
From 2006 to 2010, Moustafa Alsaadi attended George Mason University's Costello College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
