Weston Beard has a diverse work history starting as a Market Research Intern at Ernst & Young in 2011. Weston then worked as a Software Sales Associate/SQL Analyst at Gridtech in 2012, followed by a role as a Wealth Advisory Associate at Morgan Stanley in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, Weston served as a Software Engineer at Wilshire Shaw Inc. before moving on to become an Application Developer at MBO Partners from 2015 to 2019. Subsequently, they worked as a Senior Developer at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK from 2019 to 2020.
