Jonathan Gray possesses extensive experience in operational leadership within the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director for Florida and Alabama Operations at BrightStar Care since January 2024, Jonathan previously held the role of Director of Operations at BrightStar Care of Gainesville from June 2021 to January 2024 and managed the branch at BrightStar Care of Dupage/Wheaton from January 2012 to March 2021. Prior to his career in healthcare, Jonathan excelled as Vice President/General Manager at New Packing Co. from 1998 to 2011, where significant accomplishments included restoring profitability and debt-free status.
