Peter First

Peter First has over two decades of experience in franchise development, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at BrightStar Care since September 2018, where Peter also holds the title of Senior Vice President Franchise Development. Prior to this role, Peter was the Vice President Franchise Development at BrightStar Care. His earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Franchise Development at Winmark Corporation from 2004 to September 2018 and as Franchise Sales Director at Wyndham Worldwide (formerly Cendant Corporation) from 2001 to 2004. Peter First earned a degree from Augsburg University between 1987 and 1991.
