Phil Herschman

Dr. Phil Herschman is a national behavioral healthcare expert with over 50 years of experience. They currently serve on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including BrightView, Sandstone Care, Transformations Care Network, Banyan Treatment Centers, and AiRCare Health. In previous roles, Dr. Herschman was the Chief Executive Officer of Behavioral Health Concepts and the Chief Clinical Officer for CRC Health Group, where they focused on improving clinical services and developing new treatment technologies. They hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
