Leah Mitchell

Leah Mitchell, PMP, is a results-focused Process Improvement Management professional with over 10 years of experience in leading large-scale IT implementations, including policy development and organizational change management. Currently, Leah serves as a Principal Consultant at BrightVine Solutions, while previously holding the same title at Blackbaud from 2014 to 2022, where they led enterprise client implementations of CRM software. Leah's earlier roles included Project Manager at Businessolver and Donor Database Administrator/Project Manager at Boys Town. They are pursuing a BS in Managerial Finance at Sacramento State College of Business Administration and have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University.
