Hal Ramakers

Hal Ramakers is an accomplished financial technology professional currently serving as the SVP of Global Solutions at Brightwell Payments, Inc. since March 2010, where the focus is on providing comprehensive global payment solutions with an emphasis on cross-border payments. Prior to this role, Hal held the position of VP of Bankruptcy Services at PROMMIS SOLUTIONS, INC from November 2007 to January 2009, where efforts centered on transforming bankruptcy processing operations into a scalable business model. Earlier experience includes serving as SVP of Technical Operations at LandAmerica Financial Group from June 1992 to November 2007, and military service as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserves between January 1986 and April 1992. Hal Ramakers began a career in finance as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Commonwealth - United Mortgage in early 1991. Hal holds a degree from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, earned between 1984 and 1988.
