Bill R.

Bill R. has over 18 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Software Engineer at Texas A&M Energy Systems Laboratory. In 2005, they moved to Overwatch Systems in the same role. In 2006, Bill founded Mobile Blasts, Inc. and served as the company's CTO, responsible for end-to-end software architecture. From 2009 to 2015, they were a User Experience Developer and Project Tech Lead at Ringtail Design, where they served as a customer-facing technical lead for multiple projects. From 2015 to 2016, Bill was a Release Director and Principal Software Engineer at Snaptrends. Bill then moved to ShipStation in 2016, where they held the roles of Principal Software Engineer - Platform Team Architect and Principal Software Engineer, Team Lead. In 2022, they began working as a Principal Software Engineer at brightwheel.

Bill R. attended Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2000 to 2001, studying Computer Science. Bill then transferred to Texas A&M University, where they earned a BS in Computer Science from 2001 to 2004.
