Brett Arnold

Brett Arnold has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working at Brightwheel as a Billing Team Lead and a Billing Support Specialist. In this role, they provided specialized billing support for customers and achieved 93%+ customer satisfaction ratings. Brett also surpassed metrics for tickets, phone calls, and live chat conversations. In 2017, they began working at The Busch Group as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager & Capital Expenditures Manager and a Senior Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, they designed and launched The Busch Group's Quality Assurance program, managed the software that all QA's were conducted through, and conducted regular, ongoing quality assurance audits of all properties and services. In 2010, they began working at Pacific Hospitality Group as a Project Manager. In this role, they managed new builds and renovations for several hotels and resorts, coordinated between and managed large teams of designers, purchasing companies, general contractors, architects, hotels, city planners, etc., used organization, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking to ensure the projects of their team met their milestones to finish on time and under budget, worked on many hospitality projects at the corporate level, gained extensive management experience, designed and maintained quality assurance software and implementation, and maintained the physical PHG Design Room and associated digital assets. In 2017, they also began working at the University of Alaska Anchorage as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

Brett Arnold completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Creative Writing from Chapman University between 2006 and 2010. Brett then went on to obtain their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing from the University of Alaska Anchorage between 2014 and 2017.
