Roscee Methvin

Roscee Methvin has over 10 years of work experience in the food industry. In 2021, they began working as an Inside Sales Representative for brightwheel and a Food Server for Odd Duck. In 2020, they worked as a Line Cook for Provecho Restaurant, where they were responsible for prepping the entire station prior to the shift, gathering wood, and cooking equipment, as well as paying special attention to guests dietary restrictions. In 2016, they worked as a Catering Specialist for LaRaes Roux. In 2015, they worked as a Server for Ciao Bella, where they handled restaurant payment transactions accurately and served 50-100 people in a timely manner. Finally, in 2011, they worked as a Garde Manger/Broiler/Sautee for Brennan's of Houston, where they produced 150-200 entrees per day and were in charge of over 30 off-site catering events.
