Amy Stevens is an experienced professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Success Partner at BrightWork since April 2021. As the Owner and President of A Walk in the Park since August 2015, Amy oversees all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and financial operations. Previous roles include SharePoint Team Lead at Insight Global, Project Manager at Apex Systems, and Manager of IT Enterprise Portfolio Solutions at MedImmune. With a strong background in project management and technology consulting, Amy has effectively led various teams and projects throughout a career that spans over two decades, supported by a Master's degree in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.
