Daniel Salazar

Daniel Salazar is a Staff Data Scientist at Brigit, where Daniel develops ML based credit risk models and deployed a revenue optimization model resulting in a substantial increase in annual recurring revenue. With previous experience as a Senior Data Scientist at Raise, Daniel built and maintained fraud prevention ML platforms, and at Workpop, Inc., Daniel developed ETL applications for data enrichment. Additionally, as a former Graduate Researcher at UC Santa Barbara, Daniel developed a model of a microscopic swimmer in a complex fluid. Daniel holds a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara.
