Raf Ignacio

Raf Ignacio is currently the Head of Marketplace Partnerships at Brigit, where they own the full partner lifecycle and drive growth initiatives to achieve significant revenue growth. Previously, Raf held various roles including Senior Performance Director at Finder, where they managed partner relationships and significantly increased revenue. Their experience also includes serving as a Presidential Staff Officer for the Philippine government, where they provided direct support to the President and managed a high-performing team. Raf holds multiple advanced degrees, including an International Master’s in Regional Integration from the University of Malaya and a degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
