Zack also served as a Product Design Engineer for Consumables from December 2013 to October 2015, and as an Associate Engineer for Automation from June 2012 to December 2013 at Theranos.

Earlier in their career, Zack worked as a Research Associate at Washington University in St. Louis in 2010 and at Carnegie Mellon University in 2009.
