Les Zaiser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Les began their career in 2008 at Response Communications as a Lead Installation Technician, where they worked until 2016. From 2013 to 2017, Les worked at E.C.E.T as an Emission Specialist, assisting clients with technical issues related to automotive emissions. In 2018, they joined Vortalsoft Inc. as a Technical Team Lead, providing remote and local helpdesk support and solving widespread issues. From 2019 to 2022, Les worked at GHD as a Sr. Service Delivery Technician, specializing in Civil Engineering tools and software and serving as a project advisor on safety technology. Currently, Les is employed at Brikl starting in 2022, initially as a Senior Application Support Engineer and subsequently promoted to Application Support Manager. In this role, they manage a global support team, investigates software functionalities problems, monitors production performance, and handles incident management.
Les Zaiser's education history includes two main periods of study. From 2017 to 2018, Les attended Conestoga College, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Network Engineering and IT Administration. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, Les studied at C.A.T.I, specializing in Motive Power, which encompassed Automotive Technology and Mechanics.
In addition to their formal education, Les has obtained several certifications. These include "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: Canada Manager V2" from Traliant, achieved in August 2022. They have also obtained the certifications "Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals" from Microsoft in March 2022 and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft in December 2021. In November 2021, Les completed the "Learning Azure Management Tools" certification from LinkedIn, followed by "Learning Azure DevOps" in October 2021.
