Jef Smet

Jef Smet is a seasoned professional currently serving as the BU Manager at Smet Group since September 2022. Following a notable tenure at Bain & Company from October 2018 to September 2022, where Jef progressed from Associate Consultant Intern to Consultant, Jef has developed a strong expertise in analysis and strategic consulting. Additionally, Jef has been actively involved with BRIKS since February 2016, serving as an Alumnus and previously as Vice President during the 2017-2018 academic year, guiding ambitious students in investment analysis. Jef holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, complemented by a brief educational stint at EPFL. Early professional experiences include internships at a general construction company and Movares.
