Hi, I’m Aubrey (she/her). As the CEO and founder of Brilates Body LLC, a Public Health Practitioner, and a certified comprehensive Pilates teacher, my mission is to make Pilates more accessible to BIPOC and other marginalized communities. Brilates Body LLC was born from my passion for mindful movement and intentional breathing, which I believe can reduce stress and empower our future selves. Pilates offers a path to healing, improved self-esteem, and a positive body image. I can’t wait to connect with you and support your Pilates practice!
