Rachael Found

Rachael Found (Kozen) currently serves as the Talent Solutions Director at Brillect since February 2025, following a role as Director of Talent Solutions at 24 Seven Talent from July 2023 to January 2025, during which the company underwent a brand change from Antenna to Creatis. Prior experience includes various positions at Antenna from January 2020 to July 2023, where Rachael progressed from Account Management Associate to Account Management Leader. Rachael's earlier career includes roles as a Talent Development Coordinator and Human Resources Specialist at Target, responsible for recruitment and payroll auditing, as well as a Resource Counseling Advocate at Tubman, providing crisis support and referrals. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies and Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, earned in 2017.
