Sue Newton

Sue Newton currently serves as the Client Solutions Director for Advisory Services at Brillect, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sue held the VP of Sales position at echo for six months, where the focus was on organizational growth and talent development. From November 2023 to March 2024, Sue was the Director of National HR Sales at Korn Ferry, having previously spent over twelve years at Salo, a Korn Ferry company, progressing to the role of Director of National HR Sales. Early experience includes an Account Executive role at WTW and a Sales/Producer position at Bearence Management Group, alongside coaching positions at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Sue’s career began as a Safety and Environmental Engineer at ADC Telecommunications. Sue holds a Master's degree in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
