Prior to this, they were a Portfolio Lead, Customer Experience Analytics at Brillio. Arjun has also worked at Publicis Sapient in multiple roles, including Senior Manager - Digital Analytics, Manager - Marketing Strategy & Analysis, and Senior Analyst - Marketing Strategy & Analysis. Arjun has experience in leading teams, executing analytics projects, and providing data-driven solutions for businesses. Arjun has also worked as a Guest Faculty for Digital Marketing & Analytics at the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Manager at CanEdge and in business consulting at Publicis Sapient.

Arjun Chopra holds an Executive Education Program certification in Machine Learning and Business Applications, Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which was obtained in 2018. Arjun also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing & Strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi between 2010 and 2013. In 2003, Arjun completed their B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth. Prior to that, they received a CBSE Higher Secondary degree from AFGJI between 1991 and 2003. Additionally, Arjun obtained the Adobe Certified Expert - Reports and Analytics 2013 certification from Adobe in October 2013.
