David Leach

David Leach is an experienced program and delivery management professional with a strong background in IT and consulting services. Currently serving as Associate Director at Brillio since May 2021, David previously held significant roles at Ciber Global as Delivery Director, and at JetBlue Airways, where responsibilities included General Manager of Information Technology and Director of IT Airport Operations, overseeing large teams and managing extensive budgets. Prior to that, David held various leadership positions at EDS, an HP Company, contributing to major initiatives in program management, client solutions, and system engineering, particularly within the airline and government sectors. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Services from DeVry Institute of Technology.
