Harsha Kumar

Harsha Kumar serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Brillio since October 2023, following a prominent leadership role as the Head of Talent Acquisition for India at Falabella from September 2021 to October 2023, where strategic initiatives were implemented to build engineering teams from the ground up. Prior to this, Harsha held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition (India) for Digital Experience at ITC Infotech, achieving significant increases in onboarding rates and leading pivotal leadership hires. With extensive experience at Cognizant, Harsha led recruitment for digital capabilities and managed high-volume hiring operations while contributing to the retention of multimillion-dollar accounts. Earlier roles included Associate Manager at Mindtree, focusing on recruitment analytics and branding, and positions at Wipro Technologies centered around workforce processes and social media hiring. Harsha's educational background includes an MBA in HR and a B.Sc. in Electronics and Computer Science.
