Sridhar Krishnamurthy

Sridhar Krishnamurthy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sridhar started their career as a Delivery Manager at iGate Global Solutions in 1999. During their time there, they focused on delivering quality products and solutions to customers, winning new clients in Europe, and achieving consistent growth.

In 2009, Sridhar joined Collabera as the General Manager of IT Delivery and AVP of the Utilities Practice. Sridhar played various leadership roles, including Delivery Head for Retail/CPG, Head of Presales, and Head of SEPG group. Sridhar was responsible for implementing Agile delivery models and transforming delivery excellence across the organization.

In 2014, Sridhar moved to Brillio as the AVP and Vertical Head for Consumer Industries. Sridhar played a crucial role in managing and growing key accounts in the utilities, retail/CPG, and technology sectors.

From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Vice President and Head of Digital Experience & Applications at Brillio. In this role, they integrated applications development, digital engineering, and digital experience capabilities. Sridhar also established a Design Studio and introduced Design Thinking methodology to problem-solving and solution development. Their efforts resulted in consistent growth for the practice and established Brillio as a key partner for its customers.

In 2019, Sridhar took up the position of Vice President & Head of Product Engineering Services at Brillio, where they focused on blending design and engineering to create future products for customers. Sridhar helped in product strategy, design, development, Agile and DevOps transformation, cloud migration, SaaSification, and technology modernization.

Since July 2020, Sridhar has been serving as the Managing Director and Global Practice Head for Data & AI at Brillio. In this role, they lead the global practice, specializing in data and artificial intelligence.

Sridhar Krishnamurthy attended INSEAD from 2019 to 2022, where they completed the Leadership Program for Senior Executives, with a focus on Integrated Leadership. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree (M.E) in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 1997-1998. Sridhar also holds a Bachelor's degree (B.E) in Computer Science & Engineering from RVS College of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
