For many food manufacturers, meeting the demands of retailers in a backdrop of labour shortage, ever-changing SKUs and multiple case types, can be an operational nightmare.

Automating end-of-line processes may be the way forward.

Brillopak is a multi-award-winning automation and proprietary equipment manufacturer of robotic case loading systems including single system solutions and everything for end-to-end packing lines:
- packing conveyor systems
- robotic product loaders
- crate de-stackers
- bale arm closers
- palletisers

Our solutions are best suited to load horizontal and vertical wrapped bags, punnets and sealed trays into shallow cardboard cases and retail crates. Every Brillopak system is designed to meet customers’ efficiency, throughput, footprint, pack presentation and longevity expectations.

Many of our clients see a return on their investment within 1-2 years and significant improvements in the efficiency of their operations.

But implementing automated systems can be daunting, especially when switching from a manual workforce. Our team has already completed over 500 factory layout plans, helping transform manual packing halls into semi or fully-automated operations for fresh produce, meat & fish and prepared-meals businesses including Wm Morrisons, Huntapac, Pladis McVities, Adrian Scripps, Drysdales and Worldwide Fruit.
