Rhod Needham is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with a strong background in sustainability and venture capital. As Co-Founder of Halo Impact and Green Ocean Labs, Needham has focused on innovative solutions within the climate sector while also mentoring and advising emerging companies through roles with SecondMuse and Brinc. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Pulse Fund, Needham engages in funding high-growth climate enterprises. Previous experience includes co-founding Market Source Asia, a global sourcing and manufacturing group, and working as a Client Relationship Manager at J.P. Morgan.
