Bring Your Big Energy is the space where I bring together my lived experience and my work as a PCC-certified executive coach to lead inspiring conversations that change lives. Between navigating my own intensity points and spending decades coaching leaders through theirs, this work is deeply personal, and deeply practiced.

Through the Bring Your Big Energy Podcast, motivational speaking, workshops, and author events, we talk about leadership, purpose, resilience, and the moments that stop us in our tracks and force us to figure out what’s next. The good stuff, the hard stuff, and the very real in-between.

This work is for people who are navigating change, feeling stretched, or standing at an intensity point and knowing they can’t keep doing things the same way. It’s about reconnecting to yourself, trusting your gut again, and taking the next brave step — even when it feels uncomfortable.

Bring Your Big Energy isn’t about being loud or having it all figured out.
It’s about showing up honestly, choosing alignment, and living fully as you are.

More real conversations. More courage. More Big Energy.
