Johan Afséer

Head of Customer Success at Brink Commerce

Johan Afséer has over 10 years of work experience in customer service and technical roles. In 2010, they began their career at Jetshop as a Customer Service Representative. Johan was later promoted to Customer Service Team Leader and then Customer Service Manager. In 2016, they joined Collector Bank as Head of Merchant Services and Technical Partner Manager. In 2021, they moved to Walley and took on the roles of Head of Merchant Services and Technical Partner Manager. In 2022, they were appointed as Head of Customer Success at Brink Commerce.

Johan Afséer attended Nils ericsonsgymnasiet from 2002 to 2005 and Chalmers University of Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Datateknik.
