Christopher Shields Aphr

Christopher Shields, aPHR, currently serves as a Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist at Brink Constructors, Inc. since July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant/Generalist at Cate Street Seafood Station from August 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed candidate screening, conducting new hire orientations, payroll administration, and ensuring HR compliance. Additionally, Christopher held a Human Resources Intern position, focusing on candidate screenings and employee referral program development. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both obtained from Southeastern Louisiana University. Christopher has also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, managing coursework for over 100 students.
