We help government agencies build practical AI management systems, facilitated with you, not done to you.
Our facilitation approach builds your AI visibility, capability, and maturity. In 8 weeks, you'll have working infrastructure your people shaped and can defend.

Why it matters
Staff are already using AI, often without guardrails. Tools are appearing inside enterprise software with no safeguards. Most organisations are trying to manage this with approaches designed for software rollouts.
You can't manage what you can't see. And waiting isn't neutral, it compounds risk.

What you get

 - Clarity on where you stand: current AI use, concerns, and capability gaps across your workforce
 - Alignment across Legal, ICT, Cyber, Privacy, HR, Risk, and Policy - coordinated, not siloed
 - A maturity assessment with a practical roadmap, not a 100-page strategy document
 - Executive decisions documented and communicated with clear authority and direction
 - A Use Case Management System that gives you ongoing visibility

You own it. Every decision is defensible because your expertise shaped it.

Who we work with
Local, state, and federal government agencies who want AI management that works from day one and evolves as they mature.
