Dan Russ, SIOR, possesses extensive experience in commercial real estate development and investment, having held key leadership positions since 1979. As the CEO and Owner of West River Development from 2005 to 2010, Dan specialized in developing diverse property types across nine states. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Advisor for United Properties, where Dan focused on institutional asset management and leasing, and as Vice President of Development at Welsh Companies, overseeing ground-up projects throughout the Midwest. Dan continued to excel in development roles at Welsh Development Company, LLC and later at Transwestern, where responsibilities included originating and executing investment sales transactions. Currently, as the National Director of Business Development at Brinkmann Constructors, Dan aligns business development with corporate strategies across several market segments. Dan holds a degree in Business from Metro State University.
