David DeSoto

David DeSoto is a seasoned professional in risk management, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at Brinkmann Constructors since 2023. David also holds dual director roles at 4Sight Risk Management Strategies and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, providing extensive risk management strategies to the construction and development industry. Prior to these positions, David was a Senior Director of Risk Management at Clark Construction and a Senior Vice President/Director at Aon. David earned a BA in Economics and History from Colgate University, where they continue their studies.
