Grant Curtan

Grant Curtan, LEED AP, is the Director of Preconstruction at Brinkmann Constructors, where they lead preconstruction efforts. With over 20 years of experience, Grant has successfully managed projects in multi-family, senior living, K-12, public safety, and renovation market segments. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Preconstruction Services at CORE Construction in Florida from 2012 to 2018, where they held titles as Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimator/Project Manager. Grant earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction from the University of North Florida between 2003 and 2005.
