Rick Baker

Rick Baker has extensive work experience in the security and operations industry. Rick currently holds the position of Director of Operations Revenue at Brinks Home, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this role, Rick served as the Senior Manager Field Operations- Dealer and Senior Regional Operations Manager at the same company. Before joining Brinks Home, Rick owned and operated HUGS Gymnastics from 2018 onwards and ARJ Holdings llc from 2012 onwards. Rick also has a long history with ADT, where they held various roles, including General Operations Manager, Area Admin Manager, Installation Team Manager, and Lead Technician between 2004 and 2021.

Rick Baker attended Colorado State University Global from 2017 to 2019, where they studied Organizational Leadership.
