Stephen Willard

Stephen Willard has a strong background in sales and operations. Stephen is currently the Director of Sales Operations at Brinks Home since June 2022 and previously served as the Director of Telesales starting in March 2020. Before joining Brinks Home, they worked at Vector Security as a Sales Manager from November 2017 to March 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Sales at Frontpoint Security, where they managed a highly successful sales team and achieved significant improvements in sales conversion rates and customer cancellations.
