Andrea Suárez has a diverse work experience history. Andrea began their career at Sutherland Global Services in 2014 as a Customer Service Agent, where they provided customer service and technical support to McAfee users in Central and South America. Andrea then joined Brink's Inc in 2015 as a PTP Analyst, ensuring payment completion with SLA and implementing process improvements during the migration to a Shared Service Center. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Billing Analyst, responding to customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and troubleshooting in Oracle. In 2018, they took on the role of Billing Team Leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of a team while also resolving billing and credit issues. Andrea transitioned to a SOX Consultant role in 2019, performing SOX compliance testing, identifying control deficiencies, and updating process documentation. Most recently, they became the SOX Compliance Lead at Brink's Inc in 2021, where they provide support to the local SOX Compliance team in executing activities related to internal controls for various business units and guides them through the audit process.
