Andrew Rose is currently the Senior Director of Transformation PMO at Brink’s Inc, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked as an Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company in 2017. Andrew served as a Naval Reactors Engineer in the US Navy from 2010 to 2016, where they managed new valve development and supported fleet operations.
