James O. Holley is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in various senior roles, including Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer at Brink’s Inc. and Senior Cyber Advisor to the CIO and Interim CISO at Hospital for Special Surgery. Currently, James serves on the Advisory Board for DallasCISO, contributing to a peer leadership network for chief information security officers. As the founder and managing director of 7RTB Services LLC, a firm focused on cybersecurity solutions, James has also held significant positions at 3M, Ernst & Young, and Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included leading information security risk management initiatives and overseeing cybersecurity transformations. James holds a Bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Science in Computer Science from James Madison University, and has completed the Harvard Leadership Program.
