Jim Goss

Jim Goss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the National Product Operations Manager at Brink’s since April 2010, Jim has also held the position of Branch Manager within the company. Prior to Brink’s, Jim worked at JPMorgan Chase as an Implementations Manager from July 2007 to December 2009. Jim's career includes roles such as Claims Billing and Payments Manager at Luxottica Retail and various managerial positions at Fifth Third Bank, including Commercial Billing and Implementations Manager and Sr. Plan Service Coordinator. Jim Goss holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the College of Wooster, earned between 1989 and 1993.
